This is our 23rd daylily fall festival! The location is in Camp Hill, near Harrisburg PA. Official events are scheduled noon to noon, October 21-22, 2017. Many attendees arrive early on Friday and enjoy the informal preview activities Friday evening and Saturday morning. We have many exciting speakers including Michael Miller, Jamie Gossard, Tom Polston, and David Mussar. Peter Donato will show the daylilies of the future. Dan Babbitt is the bug expert at Hershey Gardens and he will talk to us about Butterflies and the new Butterfly Conservatory at Hershey Gardens. We have a 40 minute workshop scheduled and you can pick one of these topics to attend-1.Greenhouse and Containers; 2. Seed management; 3. Culture/Pest Control.
Registration fee for 2017 is $89 (USD) and $45 for youth members.
We are excited to begin our third decade of Lilyhemmer celebrations. Please join us in 2017 for good fellowship, food, and fun!

We want to encourage new attendees and we are offering a nice daylily plant, minimum value of $35, to each new attendee. And there are lots of other prizes.

Lilyhemmer attendees can win lots of prizes during the raffles and games we play. In addition, there are two opportunities to win $500 worth of daylilies. One attendee will be selected to win a $500 plant certificate donated by Michael Miller after the Saturday evening plant auction. One attendee will be selected to win a $500 certificate donated by Don Herr on Sunday Morning.

Slide Chairman: Hybridizers are invited to submit a maximum of 10 slides showing 2017 introductions, or seedlings. Please send digital images in jpeg format. Minimum jpeg file size is 300 KB for adequate projection. Provide information on flower size, parentage, and other brief information about each flower. Deadline for submission is October 15, 2017.
Live Auction Donations
(Saturday night, after dinner) AHS members and hybridizers have generously supported our auction and we again need your support. Plants are preferred, potted plants work well for our climate, but certificates for spring shipment are also welcomed. Lilyhemmer attendees are encouraged to pot up a great plant and bring it for the auction. People may also send plants to Stuart Kendig in August and September and we will pot the plant(s) for auction. Please let us know what you are donating, and forward your questions to:
